Hyderbadi Chicken Biryani

2 lb Chicken (Room Temperature)
1 packet - Shan Chicken Biryani Mix or Shan Sindhi Biryani Mix
3 Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 lemon
2 Spoon Yogurt
1 Spoon Oil

Marinate the chicken with above items for 1hr

4 Midsize onions (Cut in-parallel)
6-10 Green mirchi

Steps
1. In separate pan fry green chilli and onions in oil for 20 mins on mid-high (until onions are brown). Close the lid for while.
2. Now add marinated chicken and close the lid. Add salt and chilli powder after a while
3. Cook it until no water is left and gravy is thick


In rice Cooker - Cook
5 Cups Basmati Rice
Salt - 1 tbs
sha zeera - 1tbs

Aluminum Foil

4. Preheat the oven with 400f
5. In tray mix cooked rice, chicken, and food color in two layers
6. Close the tray with aluminum foil
7. Bake it for 20-30min.
8. Garnish it with cilantro leaves
9. Chicken biryani is ready
